4.3 Promotional Terms
xe99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Misuse of bonuses, manipulation, or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy

Account Closure

xe99 reserves the right to close any account without prior notice in cases of involvement in prohibited activities, providing false information, suspicion of money laundering, or due to legal obligations. In such cases, earned bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
